Cookie Statement

Last updated · July 14, 2026

FAIR is designed to operate without non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies. This applies to both the FAIR website and the authenticated FAIR product.

What we don't use

  • Analytics cookies or product-analytics trackers
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Behavioural-profiling technologies
  • Marketing pixels
  • Browser or device fingerprinting
  • Third-party advertising or analytics trackers

Because FAIR does not currently use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner.

Strictly necessary local storage

When you sign in to FAIR, we store an authentication or session token in your browser's local storage. This token is strictly necessary to:

  • Keep you signed in
  • Authenticate requests made through your FAIR Account
  • Protect access to your Account and the Service

The token is used only to operate FAIR. It is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or cross-site tracking. It is normally removed when you sign out, and may also expire automatically or be revoked where required for security, account, or session-management purposes. You may remove local-storage data through your browser settings — doing so may sign you out of FAIR or affect core product functionality.

Acquirer logos

Within the authenticated FAIR dashboard, your browser may request acquirer company logos from logo.dev using the relevant company domain name. FAIR does not include your Account data, company briefing, target-exit information, or other dashboard content in those logo requests.

As with any browser request to a third-party service, logo.dev may receive limited technical information from your browser, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and the requested company domain. For more information about our service providers and international transfers, see our Privacy Policy.

Future changes

If we introduce cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, or other technologies that are not strictly necessary to operate FAIR, we will update this Cookie Statement before using them. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent before placing or accessing those technologies. Strictly necessary authentication technologies can be exempt from the consent requirement when they are required to provide a service you have expressly requested — see the European Commission's guidance on cookies and online privacy.
